We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The reception team was amazing, especially Michelle. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, even going so far as to call security to help us with parking and luggage. The location was great, with free parking available and easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and the metro station. The front desk staff provided excellent hospitality during check-in, with special mention to Mr. Mohamed Alam for his exceptional assistance in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

The room wasnice and neat. The receptionist Omar was very helpful and accommodating. Despite the small parking area, the security guard Victor was polite and assisted us with parking. I highly recommend this hotel.
